Three Key Tenants Set for City Foundry!

Three key tenants have been announced for the Lawrence Group's City Foundry project at Spring & Forest Park Ave. (basically on SLU Campus in Midtown abutting the Central West End) - right in the Central Corridor!

Alamo Drafthouse Cinema + Punch Bowl Social + Fassler Hall. So now we are looking at a movie theater - bowling - video & arcade games - bocce ball and even private karaoke rooms! Plus a beer hall with rooftop garden. This will really bring life to a long vacant site.
